Our benches are made to match your dining table or stand on their own. We build them to the length you need, with or without a backrest, and they're comfortable enough for long dinners and strong enough for a houseful of kids.
Entryway & Bedroom Benches
A place to sit, drop your bag or pull on your boots. We build entryway and end-of-bed benches in warm hardwoods, with optional steel or brass details that make a simple piece feel special.
Outdoor Benches
Built from teak, ipe, redwood or acacia, our outdoor benches are made to handle the California sun and coastal air. They pair perfectly with one of our custom outdoor tables.

Dream it UP!
Every piece starts with a conversation. Bring us a sketch, a photo you love, or just a feeling for the space, and we'll shape it into something real. We'll send concept designs and real wood and finish samples so you can see and touch your table before we make a single cut. Once it feels right, we'll put together your custom quote.
Built by hand
Once your project is booked, we head to the lumberyard and choose every board ourselves, studying the grain and comparing tones in both indoor and outdoor light. From there, your piece comes to life in our studio, where traditional joinery meets in-house metalwork. We'll share progress updates along the way, so you can watch your table take shape.
Delivered with Care
When your piece is finished, we handle the rest. Within an eight-hour drive of San Diego, we deliver and install it ourselves, white-glove, on a schedule that suits you. Further afield, we ship nationwide in a crate we build as carefully as the furniture inside, so it arrives ready to enjoy.
Wood & Metal, All Made In-House
Every bench starts at the lumberyard, where we choose each board for grain and tone. Bases can be solid wood or steel fabricated in our own shop, finished in powder coat, blackened steel or brass. Small details like a subtle bevel underneath make a bench you'll notice every time you sit down.
Built around you
Send us your measurements, a sketch or a photo you love. We'll design your bench, share wood and finish samples, and build it in 8 to 16 weeks. Local delivery is white-glove, and we ship nationwide in custom crates.

How much does a custom bench cost? Most of our benches start at around $1,200, depending on size, wood and metalwork.

Can you match a bench to my dining table? Yes. We can match the wood, stain and design of a table we built, or of a table you already own.
